GBlist: venting attached Garages



Further to the messages on the above topic and further to the specific
response of below, this is just to say that in our own work including
our home in which we were not so stupid to give the car a bedroom
(garage), we usually strategically place 2 motorized dampers in a garage
and add an exhaust fan to the garage door opener so that for about 3
minutes after the garage door has shut, the 2 dampers open and the fan
beside the car's tailpipe runs automatically, then everything closes. The
intake damper is on the warmest side (ie. porch) to preheat intake air.
