If so, was the established pattern of a parent drug comparable to other drugs within its class? Does content analysis of the literature of a drug provide enough historical information to predict the activity of associated congeners or prodrugs? A bibliometric construct of patterns was formed by plotting literature relationships of six classes of drugs on time series graphs. Content analysis was utilized to explain the behavior of the literature over time. |
