Blake Watters, and undergraduate English major at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, is a systems administrator and hacker at ibiblio. His research interests include standards-based digital publishing, wireless networks, streaming digital media, and network security. He is also currently preoccupied with OpenMOSIX, FreeS/WAN, and all sorts of other kernel hackery.
