first off, can we have a roll call or something to see who is around,
and maybe figure out what groups are missing?

simple application of math, we may not be able to compare numers
directly but we can if we use fractions

30 people say yes, 45 say no in the every-one group
4 say yes, 3 say no in the rep vote

you have 2/3 in the every one and a 4/3 in the rep vote

the add 6 say yes, 6 say no we have a tie(damn should have picked better
numbers)

remember, that many people in the every-one group are a part of a org
with a rep vote, so they had a chance in their group to sway their reps
vote
