Pages look good. Could you add the mission statement
proposals as a page. Another addition might be
a project outline:

1. define mission statement
2. define ODE requirements
3. select formats (primary, simple, external)
4. define and/or select basic tools
5. define extended tools
6. repository, search tools, etc.

Sounds reasonable. One thing we might want to consider
would be what required data items we would include in the
ODE (name, license, version, summary/synopsis, etc.)
