I don't know about Calhoun Co., but if it were in the Research Triangle area
of NC it would be the earliest report on record. Also note that there was a
report of an extremely early Evening Grosbeak on the Outer Banks (can't find
the original message) -- this is more than a month earlier than the earliest
Triangle record. Is this going to be a "finch winter"?
