A beautiful afternoon at Mason Farm yielded hundreds of sparrows, most of
course being White-Throats, Song, with some Swampies mixed in. The 'sparrow'
highlight was several Fox sparrows heartily singing between posts 20 and 21
at the 'corner'. I saw two of them. There has to be a White-Crowned
somewhere! Also seen were 2 nice House Wrens near post 23 along the ditch, a
couple of female Purple Finches, and a Hermit Thrush.
