Prairie falcon recently spotted in SC

It is quite likely that this was an escaped or lost falconry bird or else
belonged to a (hopefully) licensed breeder. Does anyone have the an
internet address for the South Carolina falconry organization (assuming that
there is one)? Highly unlikely, although entirely possible that it was a
western wild stray. If someone knows a licensed falconer who lives in the
vicinity of where the bird was seen or was headed could contact a licensed
falconer in that area, perhaps it could be determined if a local falconer
lost the bird. If not, then hopefully it will wing its way westward.
