Like many other resources on the 'net, the dart world is well represented. Some are simple sites (like ours) and some are full-service sites with an almost unimaginable list of resources, both internal and external. Some are just plain fun to visit. If you have a few minutes, check out some of these that we've found over the years... or, if you want a more comprehensive list to browse, try our Dart Links superpage.

- We don't know how you came by the link to this page, but if you didn't come from the NC Darts pages, we urge you to check it out, especially if you throw darts in North Carolina. This site was created for the leagues and organizations in the Old North State to share information both within the state and internationally.
- The number one darts site on the net is Cyber/Darts. If you know anything at all about darts and have spent any time searching for dart stuff, this is the one you probably bookmarked first.
- A new idea in logically grouping Web sites based on common themes is a fairly new one. The Dart Ring is one of many hundreds of "rings" created to link sites at the click of a mouse. We at NC Darts are part of the Dart Ring and if you're hosting a dart site, you should be too!
- The American Darts Organization was founded in 1975 and is the largest and most recognized dart organization in the US. If you haven't discovered the benefits of ADO membership, you owe it to yourself and your league to look into them. Now that they've finally joined us here on the Web, you have no excuse for not getting acquainted with them.
- It seemed like it took forever, but Bullseye News, is finally on the Web. For those of you unfamiliar with BEN, it's a monthly darter's magazine which covers the national and international darting scene like no other we've seen. They have their current magazine online for you to read, too. G'wan - get over there!
- A league with an excellent presence on the Web is the St. Charles Dart League in Missouri. They might be a small League, but they have a killer Web site! Warning! Their server insists on inundating you with over a dozen "cookies" just to load their homepage.
- No matter where in the world you're planning a trip, you'll find out where they play all over Europe and Asia if you drop in on the Skånska Dartdistriktet site in Sweden. Don't worry about a language barrier - this site is bilingual! Warning! This site uses Java and will not load into Internet Explorer.
- G'day, mate! You don't need a ticket on QANTAS to go to Canberra and check out the dart scene in the Australian Capital Territory! (You knew they had to play darts Oz if for no other reason that they have good beer and a British past...) There's even dart software at their ftp site!
- North of the border, in a most beautiful city, the Montreal Dart League brings fun and competitive spirit to their League. It's a well-designed site and it's in English, too... They also maintain a nice selection of Canadien dart links.
- Speaking of other Canadien dart leagues, brush up on your high school French at the Association de Dards du Québec. The have an English language mirror at Cyber/Darts as well, so you don't have to puzzle it all out. See? We not only have a decent darts resource page here, but we're an educational resource as well! :)
- Also out of Canada, but with a broader Provincial view for Ontario, is Darters Choice. Check here for news from the NDFC, tournament info and rankings, as well and info on Darts Ontario.
- A new site on the Web modestly bills itself as The Most Complete Collection of Dart Games on the Web and after nosing around in it for a spell, we'd have to agree. Take a look for yourself and plan on spending some time there.
- Out toward the western end of The Great White North is the Alberta Darts Page proves there's more to the northern high plains than hockey. There's info on leagues in Edmonton (which lays claim to being the oldest City Dart League in North America), Calgary and Red Deer. Hopefully, the leagues in Fort McMurray, Grande Prairie and Lethbridge will join the crowd soon.
- Half a world away from Edmonton is one of the best-known dart link sites on the planet, George Vasek's List of Dart Sites in Zurich, Switzerland. This is the comprehensive list of world-wide dart sites on the web! We'll bet you didn't know The Tick has a dart game!
- From Vienna, Austria comes The Dart Thrower, Karlheinz Zöchling's excellent series of commentaries on the mental aspect of perfecting your game. Looking in on his work from time to time will improve your grip of probably the least-understood part of the game - the stuff that goes on between your ears when you're toeing the line. Don't forget to send him some email and let him know you appreciate his efforts!
- Another new and promising site is Bullseye Darts. They have a very inclusive listing of dart games, a very logical out chart, links to other sites and (our favorite) a list of dart bars that has a submission form to add your own joint to the growing list. Check 'em out!
- "The first deep and scientific study of darts. For the first time all the finishes of 01-games have been optimised with a computer from every point of the game five turns ahead" can be found at the Dart Book. Not for the casual player!
- When your job takes you to the farthest reaches of the world, you spend your evenings hunting down the local dart establishments and the local competition. An animal welfare organization official, "Dartoid," has been documenting his dart quest in his Darts... From the Field!" series. His reports are here, from Bejing to New York City to Johannesburg to his home on Cape Cod. It's better than your average travel guide! Look for Dartoid's reports now in Bull's Eye News as well.
- New on the 'net is the British Darts Organisation which brings news from across the pond. They don't have much currently, but they do have Embassy World Championship, British Open and Winmau World Masters results for your perusal.
- For darts in Asia, start with Songtan-Si Dart Association, located about 95 kliks south of the Korean DMZ (about 50 kliks south of Seoul). They have 35 teams and a talented new webmaster, so check 'em out!
- Closer to home, Tim (Crow) Cronian's Dart Page in Montgomery AL is nicely thought out and has a wealth of information on the various games we play as well as the Capital City Dart Association pages. Their list of darts links is worth loading the page! He also has a wealth of humorous dart cartoons for your amusement. Warning! Excessive "cookie" alert!
- Check out the dart scene in America's topical paradise (overpriced as it may be) in Hawaii. Start your tour at Brandy's House of Steel in Honolulu. Check the action in the Honolulu Darting Organization, the Aloha Darting Association or just idle away some time looking through the photo album. Warning! Another "cookie" alert and this site is all-frames (though very nicely done!).
- For a quick reminder why our forefathers helped the Brits find their way home, check out this madness: Topless Darts - where "bikini-bottomed babes on sun-drenched beaches" play darts to (what?) win a T-shirt. Go figure... Warning! This site loaded us with 23 (!!) "cookies" just to load their homepage. I guess it's the price you're gonna have to pay for being a pervert. ;) This is the only non-PG site linked from this page, so...
- Any list of resources would, of course, be remiss if it didn't include links to the two main darts-oriented UUCP newsgroups, alt.sport.darts and alt.sports.darts. You can learn a lot by reading these groups on a regular basis! (If these links don't work on your side of this page, either your browser isn't set up correctly for your NNTP server, or can't handle news, like Internet Explorer 3.x or your server doesn't carry the groups, in which case, you need a new ISP!)
- Finally, the most determined darters in the world gather at the south end of the globe for extended periods of darkness, extreme cold and scientific research. For a League, they have an impossible geographic layout, so they have to rely on playing Radio Darts. Read all about it in the New South Polar Times!

Attention League Webmasters! If you have a neat site that we've overlooked, drop us an email and we'll exchange links with you.Note: Since we're on an .edu server, we can't directly link strictly commercial sites, but most of the sites linked here aren't under that restriction, so if you're looking for dart goodies, check out some of the links above and we're sure you'll find more than enough to keep your Visa card maxed out!
