I agree that the mulching is the better alternative. We have 2 1/2
acres and also ended up with the lawn tractor. I really don't notice
the clippings getting into the house all that much, just wipe your
feet before you come in, or keep the really nasty boots by the front
door. We also are trying to slowly turn most of our land back into
either woods or garden. Each year we mow a smaller and smaller area.
Most of the trees coming up are honey locusts, not my favorite tree,
so we are trying to start oaks from acorns. Any advice there would be
