The correct transliteration is: SuklAmbaradharam vishNum SaSivarNam chaturbhujam prasanna vadanam dhAyEt sarva vignhOpaSAntayE For us, the only remover of obstacles is SrImannArAyaNa. > > Gajanaana padmasana > gajanaana mahirsham > ane`ka dantam bakthanaama > eka dantam upasmayema. This is a verse on VinAyaka. the correct version is: agajAnana padmArkam gajAnanamaharniSam anEkadam tam bhaktAnAm EkadantamupAsmahE Here anEkadam means one who gives many things to his devotees. Ekadantam means one who has only on tooth. But people wronlgly pronounce it as "anEkadantam" and thus see him first with several teeth and then with only one! unforutnate thing is those knowing samskrutam very well also do not try to correct people but they themsleves chant like that. Regards Vishnu
