ShrI:
Here is a brief write up of AndaL avataram as portrayed in Goda
PariNaya champu:

Shrimannarayanan was in his yoga nidra at his milky abode and Bhumi
Devi, who was at his feet, spoke:
`Once during your Varahaavathaaram, I have heard you say that singing
your praises and worshipping you with flower garlands are an easy way
to mukthi ? and the time has come for me to go to earth and do this.'
Shrimanaarayanan looked at her beautiful face and said `Vainatheyan
has already incarnated as Vishnuchitta in Shrivilliputtur. You can
appear in his garden under a tulsi tree and grow up as his daughter
with other girls as friends. I will accept your poems and his garlands
and will come there in person and wed you!'
Bhumi Devi took leave of him and went towards Shrivilliputtur ? she
was going to show the right path to her children on earth!
Vishnuchittar's garden was filled with fragrant jasmines, lotuses,
jaathi, lilies and other flowers, and attracted bees, butterflies and
beetles. He was tending the garden with all his disciples, weeding and
watering the plants and plucking the flowers ? and his thoughts were
on Vatapatrashaayi.
Suddenly there was a huge boom and a tejas appeared. Vishnuchittar
and his disciples ran in the direction of the light and saw a
beautiful little girl clad in red, with long, dark hair tied with a
string of pearls. She had a forehead like moonlight, nose like the
flame of a lamp and lips like corals. She wore red gems in her ears,
and bangles studded with blue gems. She was an extraordinarily
beautiful girl and shone like a priceless green emerald.
Vishnuchittar looked at her with eyes filled with tears of joy. He
regarded her as Lakshmi herself and asked her "Who are you? Are you
Bhoomi Devi? Or Lakshmi? "
The little girl prostrated before Vishnuchittar and said, "I adopt
you as my father and Tulasi as my mother! I have come to you just as
Janaki came to the King Janaka!"
Even though he was a sage, he was elated to have the little girl as
his daughter and took her to Vatapathrasaayee temple. He appealed to
the Lord and showed his newfound treasure. Vatapathrashaayee's smile
had a little extra meaning , than usual, , and He said "This is
your daughter, really and truly! Bring her up as such, and I will come
and wed her in due time!"
Vishnuchittar took her home and introduced her to other girls of
suitable age and temperament, and raised her as his lovely daughter.
