Problem with laser labels

For a number of years, we have been using
Hollinger laser labels with great success.
However, we recently changed to a new printer -
namely an HP LaserJet 4050TN -
and we've had a bad run of luck.
Label sheets get jammed, and -
worst of all - loose labels come off and
adhere to the toner roller - which means we
lose the toner cartridge.

Anybody else experiencing problems
with laser printers and label stock?
The commercial reps from various camps
were unable to provide any explanation.

Any responses can by sent directly to me.

Thanks,
