Keep in mind three things:

1. in Rev 3:10 the EK is with a reference to time, not to place or thing/person.

2. there's is not much conceptual difference between "from" and "out of" if the sense
is "from out of".

3. all bets about proper use of prepositions are off when it comes to the Greek of
Rev. since we have a writer who writes in Greek but thinks in a Semitic language. Is
there a Semitic idiom underlying the expression?
