If you are looking of a Hebraism the first stop is the LXX. See Jonah
3:3

JONAH 3:3 KAI ANESTH IWNAS KAI EPOREUQH EIS NINEUH KAQWS ELALHSEN
KURIOS hH DE NINEUH HN POLIS MEGALH TWi QEWi hWSEI POREIAS hODOU
hHMERWN TRIWN

"... Now Nineveh was an exceedingly great city" RSV

According to Barrett (Acts ICC page 354) BDR #192 cites Barnabas 4:11,
8:4 as examples but I took a look at them and do not agree.

BARN. 4:11 LEGEI GAR hH GRAFH: OUAI hOI SUNETOI hEAUTOIS KAI ENWPION
hEAUTWN EPISTHMONES. GENWMEQA PNEUMATIKOI, GENWMEQA NAOS TELEIOS TWi
QEWi.

" ... a perfect temple for God." M.Holmes

BARN. 8:4 DIATI DE TREIS PAIDES hOI hRANTIZONTES EIS MARTURION ABRAAM,
ISAAK, IAKWB, hOTI hOUTOI MEGALOI TWi QEWi.

" ... these men were great in God’s sight. " M.Holmes

Also Aesch. Agamemnon 345 is sometimes cited but it isn't a parallel
either

345 QEOIS D ANAMPLAKHTOS EI MOLOI STRATOS,
346 EGRHGOROS TO PHMA TWN OLWLOTWN
347 GENOIT AN, EI PROSPAIA PH TEUCOI KAKA.

"offense against the gods" Denniston & Page (p100)
