But EN is not a choice between locative or instrumental. Here it is worship in
the spere of the Spirit or as L&N suggest, a state, being in a spiritual state.
(They have 21 different semantic categeories for EN). That is why "with" is not
used by most translations. I would accept "as helped/inspired by the Spirit"
which may be what your Modern Greek is aiming at.
