Bio-Linux

Description

Bio-Linux is an Ubunto based Linux distribution created for scientists to use in analyzing biological data. Bio-Linux incorporates more than 250 bioinformatics packages, approximately 50 graphical applications, command line tools, and the Galaxy environment.
