John C. Borovoy, Photographer's Mate 2nd Class, USN
John C. Borovoy was a Navy Photographer's Mate Second Class in 1967-1969, apparently serving in USS Kearsarge (CVS-33) for at least some of that time.

Stern section of USS Frank E. Evans (DD-754) tied up alongside USS Everett F. Larson (DD-830), after she was cut in two in a collision with the Australian aircraft carrier Melbourne on 2 June 1969.
