HMAS Australia
(Australian Heavy Cruiser, 1928)

Damage to the ship's forward superstructure, caused by a Japanese "Betty" bomber which crashed into her foremast on 21 October 1944, during the invasion of Leyte.
Note the U.S. Mark 4 fire control radar antenna atop the gun director on Australia's starboard bridge wing, and the British-type twin 4-inch anti-aircraft gun on the main deck.
