Cruiser Scouting Squadron Seven (VCS-7)


VCS-7 pilots and English personnel in the ready room of their English base, awaiting orders to fly over to France. The squadron flew British "Spitfire" fighters on missions spotting naval gunfire during the June 1944 Normandy invasion.
