USS SP-544 (ex-Sea Gull)
Underway in port, 23 November 1918.
Built in 1902 and initially named Heather, the motor boat
Sea Gull was enrolled in the Naval Coast Defense Reserve
on 1 June 1917 and placed in commission as USS Sea Gull
(SP-544). Her name was changed to SP-544 in 1918.
