Painting by Burnell Poole, 1926, depicting Kimberly escorting USS Leviathan (in left distance) in the Atlantic war zone, 1918. USS Davis (Destroyer # 65) is in the right distance.
Photographed during the mid-1970s, by which time its condition had badly deteriorated, with paint coming loose from the canvas and flaking off. See Photo # NH 42691 for a black and white photograph of the painting before deterioration took place.
