Stephen Decatur leading his men as they recaptured the Philadelphia
in Tripoli harbor, prior to setting her afire. Published in the
"American Weekly" supplement to the "Washington
Times-Herald", circa March-April 1940, illustrating an article
by Harold T. Wilkins.
