USS Enterprise (1877-1909)

View looks forward from the quarterdeck. Note the drummer and
bugler at the far left. These Marines are armed with "trap-door
Springfield" rifles. Broadside guns are IX-inch Dahlgren
smoothbores, on iron carriages.
