USS Arizona (BB-39)


Wrecked at Pearl Harbor, 12 December 1941. Her forward magazines had exploded, destroying the ship, when she was hit by bombs during the 7 December 1941 Japanese attack.
By the date of this photo, the National Ensign was being flown from her mainmast, rather than at the stern.
