USS Broad Arrow

Photographed 27 March 1918, soon after entering Navy service.
Built by the New York Shipbuilding Company at Camden, New Jersey, the Standard Transportation Company tanker Broad Arrow was launched on 22 December 1917. She was acquired by the Navy on 12 March 1918 and placed in commission several days later. Following service with the Naval Overseas Transportation Service, on 24 February 1919 she was decommissioned and returned to her owner.
