"Laughing at a salty cartoon in the Navy magazine All Hands are two Belgian officials and a seaman aboard the aircraft carrier USS Antietam (CV-36) operating in the Far East. From the left are: Lt. "The Belgians were invited by Vice Admiral C. Turner Joy, USN, Commander Naval Forces, Far East, to make the cruise and to see the Navy's planes from the Antietam hit the enemy."
