Tugs Brilliant (1903), Atlantic (1904) and Radiant (1903)

In port prior to World War I, possibly at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. They were owned by the Atlantic Refining Company, of Philadelphia.
These tugs were considered for World War I Navy service and assigned registry identification numbers 1329, SP-859 and 1324 (respectively), but were not taken over.
