Beaumere II
(American Motor Boat, 1914)

Underway prior to her World War I Naval service.
Though the name Beaumere II (or perhaps just Beaumere) is exhibited across her transom, the life ring amidships carries her former name, Madge II.
This pleasure craft was leased by the Navy on 29 June 1917 and placed in commission as USS Beaumere II (SP-444) on 22 October 1917. Following World War I service she was returned to her owner on 24 February 1919.
