East Hampton
(American Trawler, 1913)

In port, probably prior to her World War I era Naval service.
This fishing vessel was built in 1913 by Cobb & Butler of Rockland, Maine. Owned by the Trident Fisheries Company of Portland, Maine, she was acquired by the Navy on 18 April 1917 and placed in commission on 8 May 1917 as USS East Hampton (SP-573). Decommissioned on 2 December 1919, she was sold on 14 June 1920 to the C.E. Davis Packing Company of Fleeton, Virginia.
