Susanne
(American Motor Boat)

Photographed prior to World War I.
This 60-foot pleasure craft, built at Port Clinton, Ohio, was examined for possible U.S. Navy service, assigned the identification number SP-832, but not taken over. She should not be confused with another, somewhat larger and much faster, motor boat with the same name and builder that became USS Susanne (SP-411).

The original print is in National Archives' Record Group 19-LCM.
