Revolution
(American Steam Yacht, 1901)

Underway, circa 1901.
An early "express" yacht equipped with a 1400 I.H.P. triple-expansion engine and designed to make 18 knots, she was renamed Wacondah in 1907. The Navy took her over on 24 May 1917 and placed her in commission on 14 September 1917 as USS Wacondah (SP-238). She was stricken on 21 August 1919, sold on 24 May 1920, and later renamed Intercolonial.
