(American Schooner Barge, 1879)

At anchor, prior to her brief World War I Naval service.
Previously named Manuel Llaguno, this barge was acquired by the Navy as Washington (SP-1241) on 18 October 1917. On 1 December 1917, while in use as a seagoing coal barge, she was wrecked in a snowstorm in the Ambrose Channel, New York.

The original print is in National Archives' Record Group 19-LCM.
