This ship still wears her former destroyer bow number, with the mine force insignia painted on immediately abaft. The two sister ships tied up alongside, to starboard, are probably (from left to right):
USS Mahan (DM-7, formerly DD-102); and
USS Lansdale (DM-6, formerly DD-101).
The original print bears a hand-written note referring to a Commandant, Boston Navy Yard letter of 4 October 1921.
