Machine Gunners of the 1st Battalion, 25th Marines
Pose with their .30 caliber Browning water-cooled machine gun,
probably on Iwo Jima during February-March 1945.

Note the nickname "Widow-Maker" painted on the gun's
water jacket, and waht appears to be a flash-supressor on its
muzzle.
