Panoramic photograph of the Gun Factory's Gun Shop employees, posed in front of the south ends of the Buildings 108 (left) and 67, circa 1918-1919.
The man in the top row, sixth from the right end of the line (faintly marked by an arrow), is Frank Beaver, of Great Falls, Virginia. He was a Gunner's Helper, employed on the Gun Factory night shift.
Note the two banners flanking the group, one featuring the Naval Gun Factory emblem and the other its seal.
