Guantanamo Bay, Cuba


Second Regiment of the U.S. Atlantic Fleet at Deer Point Camp, Guantanamo Bay, 13 February 1910.
These men are from the battleships Minnesota, New Hampshire, Mississippi and Idaho. The latter's battalion is in the center of the photograph.
Ships in the harbor are mainly battleships, with some auxiliaries and cruisers also present. USS Newark (Cruiser # 1), Station Ship at Guantanamo Bay, is in the center background, with a white hull.
