The officer in the left background is Pharmacist William W. Landrum, USN. The two enlisted men are identified as Fisher and Suajo. The latter is a Pharmacist's Mate, First Class .
Note the photograph of former President Theodore Roosevelt on top of the file cabinet in the center distance.
