USS Kinkaid
(DD-965)

Coming alongside USS Camden (AOE-2) in preparation for underway refueling in late 1977.
Kinkaid was on range for a NATO Seasparrow missile system ship qualification trial, and was the first Spruance class destroyer replenished by Camden.
This photograph was released for publication by the Public Affairs Office of the Naval Ship Weapon Systems Engineering Station, Port Hueneme, California, in November 1977.
