Photo #: 19-N-11926 ex-USS Alabama (BB-8) Ship's hulk being scrapped at the Union Shipbuilding Company, Baltimore, Maryland, 2 June 1928. Alabama had been sunk in bombing tests in September 1921 and had to be raised for scrapping.
