At the Bethlehem Shipbuilding Company's Fore River Plant, Quincy,
Massachusetts, 1918. Fedora Bianchi is 3rd from left in back
row, with a check mark over her head.
Note that several of these women are wearing an overcoat instead
of the standard uniform coat-cape, as authorized by Captain W.R.
Rush, Commandant, First Naval District.
