Anna O'Boyle (American Barge, 1903).
Appears to have seen U.S. Navy service in 1918-1919, with ID # 1736

Anna O'Boyle, a 351 gross ton barge, was built at South Rondout, New York, in 1903. She was inspected by the Third Naval District in about 1917 and assigned registry ID # 1736. Apparently, she was subsequently taken over by the Navy, as her data card states that she was returned to her owner at the end of July 1919.

This page features the only view we have concerning the barge Anna O'Boyle, which appears to have seen U.S. Navy service in 1918-1919.
