Barracuda (American Motor Boat, 1916)

Barracuda, a 33-foot cabin motor boat, was built at Amityville, New York, in 1916. At some point in the latter part of that year, or in early 1917, she was inspected for possible U.S. Navy section patrol service and assigned the registry number SP-23. However, she was not taken over and remained in civilian hands during the First World War.

This page features our only view of the motor boat Barracuda, of 1916.
