    Lieutenant (Junior Grade) John K. Hutchinson, USNRF;
    Lieutenant (Junior Grade) Roy J. McGuire, USNRF (? -- uniform is that of a warrant officer); and
    unidentified warrant officer.

    Members of the ship's crew posed on the after deckhouse in mid-1917, soon after she entered Navy service. These men are spelling out Corsair's name in semaphore ("wig-wag") code.
    Note the ship's after conning station in the center foreground, speaking tubes at the end of the deckhouse, and the after pair of 3"/50 guns.

    In the center of the back row is Lieutenant Commander William B. Porter, USNRF, who was the ship's Executive Officer prior to the Autumn of 1918, when he became her Commanding Officer.

    This officer is probably either Commander Theodore A. Kittinger, who commanded Corsair prior to Autumn 1918, or Commander Walter N. Vernou, who commanded Squadron Three of the Atlantic Fleet's Patrol Force beginning in Autumn 1918.

    Identified in a hand-written note on the original print as "Ahern", it is possible this officer is Ensign Albert H. Acorn, Jr., USNRF, who is listed as one of Corsair's officers during mid-1918.
