    Arrives at Saigon, Republic of Vietnam, for a three-day goodwill tour, with Vice Admiral Roy L. Johnson, Commander, Seventh Fleet, on board, 21 July 1964. Vietnamese Navy personnel are waiting to help berth the ship.
