WiFi in the Air

Say good bye to fat stupid paperbacks designed to divert you during long flights, the FCC just approved high-speed Internet via WiFi on domestic flights with a promise to decide, probably favorably, on in air cell phones. The FCC site has the full articles in Word and PDF formats. Not HTML. Grrrrr!

The FCC already had approved a high-speed Internet service provided by Boeing Co. Called “Connexion” which uses satellites to get air passengers online.

Ooo, do we have another OCLC lawsuit to look forward to?
