Pretty much anything that rots is good...you may have to do some
cultivation or further mulching to eliminate the jillions of pumpkin
seedlings, and I'm not sure I want to smell 5 tons of rotting pumpkin
(Though I've done similar, on a lesser scale).

I'm just envious of anyone who can handle so much organic material. And
Bananas are right out in upstate New York!
