You got it! The ingredients should be kept moist like a damp sponge.
Not soggy. I had to run a more or less permenant hose back to my
piles. I spray every layer I put in. Otherwise I think you're on the
way.

Soil: Sandy and infertile w/layers of clay. Areas of rock.
Last frost date 15APR. (18APR97 That was a dirty trick!)
