You have a particularly well organized site. I was first introduced to Percy in a philosophy seminar taught by Dr. Bernard Murchland of Ohio Wesleyan University. The seminar focused on existentialists, but it was designed to incorporate literature as philosophy. We read the Moviegoer as a novel with a distinct philosophical template. Since the class I have been reading and re-reading Percy on and off, but recently I have begun working on a longer essay on the philosophical implications of Percy's fictions. It is an independent project since I am looking for a graduate program.
