God Hid His Face
Selected Poems of RAJZEL ZYCHLINSKY

Two Stones

The stream close by our house
began
in the eyes of my brother -
quiet and gray.

Quiet and gray runs the stream;
two stones look at me:
they are the eyes of my brother -
free now of fear and hope.
